SN0556, This site has never flooded in the forty plus years we have farmed it.
Entrance to site from highway can be easily achieved from neighbouring field, entrance to 50mph speed limit on B1077 easily achievable giving 160 meter plus visibility 4.5 meters back from highway. No hedges trees would need to be removed from site therefore no impact on landscape/townscape has access to existing footpaths at Chapel Close and south west corner , field level 1.25 meters above road increasing to above 2 meters nearer village. Need not be developed all at once allowing for local builders to participate.
