Anyone looking at Hethersett and the vast housing development that is taking place there, is filled with fear that the same fate is destined for Little Melton. The Joint Core Strategy for April 2018 to March 2026, identifies Little Melton as a 'service village' for small-scale development of 10-20 dwellings. Since the Joint Core Strategy, 80 houses have been built and another 30 are due soon. What is the point of these policies if they can be ignored? Stop considering Little Melton for housing development.
