Representation Summary:
I object to the planning application SN1046REV on the basis that it includes existing land owned & occupied by current residents of Little Melton. Although within the Settlement Limit there has already been completed developments of 60 properties at Limes Close and a further 20 properties at Ringwood Close that have provided a more than adequate housing supply in Little Melton that was identified in the previous Greater Norwich Local Plan for service village growth from 2008 - 2026
