Representation Summary:
Should this site be allocated, then we support the recommendation that development is focussed towards the eastern end, to allow sufficient distance from the adjacent woodland. Maintaining a stand-off distance between housing and woodland habitat reduces indirect impacts such as noise and lighting on woodland habitat and species. and also avoids damage to the root structures of the woodland edge.
