Representation Summary:

Sequence do not consider that any of the shortlisted or rejected site should be brought forward for allocation. The responses to questions 81 and in particular 82 above demonstrate that the land that is being promoted by Sequence at 32 School Lane, outperforms all of the sites promoted for development on South Norfolk Council’s site assessment criteria, as well as bringing forward a range of further benefits. Therefore, the Sequence sites should replace the current proposed allocations, as opposed to further consideration of the current shortlisted and rejected sites.
