Drainage: Heavy rain leads to Cow Lane and the proposed site looking more like a river/waterfall. The current drains do not cope well and on occasion we have had sewerage back up into our property and regularly have our front yard flooded. I doubt if the system could cope with 12 more houses and how would the remedial ditch dug between the site and The Street be managed? It did help a little.
Sustainability: No public transport. Cycling is dangerous on a heavily used C road. No shops or pub etc. Car use would be inevitable.
