Representation Summary:
Hempnall Parish Council objects to the inclusion of this site as a preferred site in the South Norfolk Village Clusters Housing Allocations Preferred Sites Plan. This is because we object to the Village Cluster concept (as explained in our answer to question 1) and because we consider that the current level of development we expect to take place in our village is the right amount - allowing organic growth but avoiding the need to "cement on" additional housing estates which breach the current settlement limit.
