SN4050 – Land to the west of Hall Road, Winfarthing
Site is adjacent to the Waveney, Lower Yare and Lothingland IDD.
Major development – A riparian watercourse is located to the south of the proposed site. If surface water discharges within the watershed catchment of the Board's IDD, we request that this discharge is facilitated in line with the Non-statutory technical standards for sustainable drainage systems (SuDS).
