Representation Summary:
We live directly opposite the proposed development in Winfarthing and have significant
flooding twice in the last 5 year,the last time just before Christmas last year.
The land involved for developmant has a significant towards the B1077 and further hard
standing for 25 houses would exacerbate the flooding issues.
The surface water from further up Winfarthing adds to the problem as the drainage system
becomes completely overwhelmed
