Representation Summary:
This site will overwhelm the village with traffic. 25 houses = 250 movements a day. Access roads are single track. No developer can improve the roads effectively. Why such emphasis of access to village hall. Its not a problem now!!25 is far to many and will cause significant impact on all other residents.
Put simply village cannot cope with increased traffic. No shops in village etc.

It should reflect the very poor road network being all single track roads with passing places and be truthful
