Representation Summary:
It would be favourable to the area to have local people able to build sustainable housing instead of larger housing developments by big companies. This really is supporting local communities to help themselves and keep working people in the area as land prices rise.
It is important that people have their housing needs met rather than build what we think people need. These smaller developments help link communities and empower them to be involved in local decisions.
