Small individual developments would support the local area and economy and put no strain on the infrastructure. This would be ideal for low impact, self-build developments which should be encouraged given the current climate crisis. Design features could focus on sustainability and low emissions.
We are also in a cost of living crisis and small affordable housing is hard to come by, especially for young people living in the area.
