Representation Summary:
The proposal for up to 35 new houses has no precedent in Bawburgh. There has been no development of this size. There are no facilities in the village, which means an influx of new residents will have no choice but to add to the traffic levels. There are no proper bus routes, no cycleways and lack of proper pavements. There is no way to get to Longwater or Watton Road safely due to traffic speeds. This does not meet the ethos of local and central government. The local infrastructure cannot cope with a development of this size.
