Legally compliant? No

Sound? No

Duty to co-operate? Yes

Representation Summary:

- The proposed site is currently on beautiful, open, agricultural land. If it's not illegal to build on here it should be!
- Planning permission has often been refused in Bawburgh in the past, even when none of the neighbouring properties object, on the grounds that it is not in keeping with the eessence of Bawburgh. Now it is suddenly deemed okay to lose a beautiful open space of agricultural land to a cluster of houses. This open space is part of the beauty of this village and should not be lost.

Change suggested by respondent:

Don't build!
