Primary school already fully subscribed. Local GP facility overwhelmed. Drainage already an issue within the village for Anglian Water and more houses = more runoff (downhill) towards the river, which has flooded in recent years towards the riverside properties in the village. All journeys out will require vehicle movements as there are no safe walking/cycling routes out of the village. There is 1 bus per week to Wymondham only. Concern is this development (if approved) could lead to further (considerable) expansions.
