1. Lack of amenities in the village. No shops and contrary to the Council report there is only 1 bus per week to Wymondham.
2. The school is fully subscribed and local GP services totally overwhelmed.
3. The road system is totally unsuitable to additional traffic.
4. There are no footpaths or cycle routes out of the village.
5. The fear is that if the development was approved then this could lead to further expansion.
