Traffic Generation
Density
Scale
Visual Impact
Pressure on local School
Health Centre

It is my understanding that the original offer from the landowner was to provide a site of 1 hectare for 25 properties and that it has been the decision of the Council to suggest that the landowner provides 1.4 hectares for up to 35 houses. This aside, my objections are for NO houses at all for the reasons stated above.
