Representation Summary:

35 houses will not be keeping with the layout or character of other houses.
We live in a village, already in recent years had two developments of 10 properties, 35 would be a real issue and not fit
Increased risk of flooding drainage / sewage due to extra buildings - regularly need to have drainage companies out.
The Village amenities can't cope with this.
35 houses is not aesthetically pleasing across size of land proposed.
Views of fields gone visual impact for us locals
Impact of extra children at school, we would need 3 extra classrooms due to mixed classes.

Change suggested by respondent:

Village involved in planning.
10 houses maximum
Big gardens and driveway parking.
Lots of trees and green land
Would need to be similar to the two recent developments on stocks hill.
Ideally nothing, keep the green space.
