The necessary infrastructure (shops, GP surgeries, school etc.) is not included in the plan. Local GP Surgeries are already at breaking point. Roads narrow and unsuitable for additional vehicles. The village already has an issue with speeding traffic, despite traffic calming measures put in place.

Plan will spoil beautiful view over Yare Valley.

Sewerage system cannot cope with existing housing.

No adequate provision for affordable housing. 10% affordable housing is only 3 homes. This is not enough. Plan has failed to address damage to environment, road safety and need for supporting infrastructure. The plan infringes on established Conservation Area.
