Representation Summary:

I disagree with this statement. There is a lack of facilities, no post office, shops or surgery. A school only services part of the community and not the childless or elderly. There has been extensive building of new homes in our nearby town of Wymondham. This town offers the missing facilities required by our village residents. The density of the proposed plan within our village would feed into Wymondham's intra-structure which is already being challenged and also further increase to its traffic volume. Many residents will need to commute on a daily basis for essential activities.

Change suggested by respondent:

A reduced scale of development would not put as much stress on the roads for commuting and travelling to access facilities not provided in the village.
