This site is situated too close to Rockland Staithe and Broad and being within 350 yards of the nature reserve which is recognised as a County Wildlife Site, awarded a Countryside Champion Award by CPRE in 2021. It will ruin the rural nature of the nature reserve, the Broads and local marshes.

By only allowing a few houses on the site, for them to be small and unobtrusive viewed the local footpaths.
