6.8 Misleading. The only local services are the school, village hall and pub. The footpath only extends to the school. The village hall is across the road and there is no footpath to the pub. Just a narrow listed bridge which is on a bend and is very dangerous to cross on foot.
The site is also sited immediately after a bend in stocks hill with a blind dip heading North. Vehicle access to and from the site could constitute a safety hazard, given the number of vehicles likely with 35 dwellings
Because of the geography of the site and its location. A study needs to be made of the suitability and safety and volume of vehicles entering and leaving the site. to join the main route through the village
