Representation Summary:

Bawburgh is a small and quaint village. This many homes will have a detrimental effect on the road network, causing even more traffic on an already very busy village road. The proposed site is on the brow of the hill; which could make it extremely dangerous for those coming in and out of the site. This many homes in the village will also put added pressure onto the Primary school. There would be extra pressure on the already vulnerable sewage infrastructure too. The village has issues with flooding; paving over fields would reduce available land to soak up excess water.

Change suggested by respondent:

35 new homes is too many. A considerably reduced number of new dwellings would fit more appropriately within the village.
