Representation Summary:

The street has cars parked many times of day infront houses without parking and the shop, businesses, school run causing dangerous driving and crossing conditions. The pavement is too narrow with an adverse camber for wheelchairs. The layby at the top of New Inn hill encroaches onto the main road causing a very dangerous obstruction to vehicles.
The run off from proposed houses could flood houses near the Beck and pollutants would destroy the common spotted orchid. The main drain can't cope.
The massive increase in traffic pollution would effect life outcomes of all residents.
Loss of a beautiful view.

Change suggested by respondent:

This proposal should only be a 1-2% increase in housing. Only for first time buyers, social housing and bungalows for the elderly. Only first time buyers, and people buying their main home should be allowed. No buy to let or second homes should be allowed. All homes should be future proofed for the climate emergency we are all facing.
