Only access to the site is Alan Ave, barely adequate for the traffic volume at present. Passage of heavy plant and diesel lorries over long period is unacceptable and damaging to the environment and health of residents . Diesel particulates are a proven health risk.
GP services already overwhelmed - 3 weeks for apt. NF school is full now!
Traffic flow off A140 via Flordon Rd to Alan Ave would make a massive obstacle for traffic flow on a road that is already at risk from speeding drivers. Therefore I must register my strong opposition to this proposal.
