The Lower Part of this site is likely to need PUMPED SEWERAGE.
Given the proximity of the adjacent watercourse and the possibility of pumping failure leading to contamination of said watercourse, I think that dwellings on the lower part of the site should NOT BE ALLOWED.
Additionally, given the water levels near to my home in 1953 and 1908, the lower part of this site is liable to flooding.
I have no objections to dwellings on the higher part of the site.
