1. When we had a flood 2 years ago, the people in the bungalows opposite Hockering Lane had raw sewerage in the back garden. They wanted to stay in the village but the new houses had to be built on stilts.
2. Too many cars use Stocks Hill as a cut through.
3. We have no facilities to accommodate more housing.
4. The school is not big enough for more children.
5. There are no shops or post office.
