The site is infill and depending on number of dwellings could cause a problem with vehicle access onto Stocks Hill. The village hall opposite is well used most days too so there is traffic movement and it's a main route in and out of the village. Also a lack of amenities, no bus transport, no shops and school is full. At most a maximum of twelve dwellings or preferably none at all.
