1. We have already absorbed two new developments adding to the fast traffic up and down Stocks Hill. Increased traffic would be a nightmare, as cars use the roads as rat runs through the village.
2. There are no significant amenities in Bawburgh; no decent buses; none into Norwich.
3. Is the projected housing fit for young, first homeowners? There are no amenities here for retired people. The school is for young families.
4. Issues of retaining open vistas, fields village non-density, if is a rural community.
