Short period of time given to villagers cannot be compliant. We should be given due consultation period. This seems to be already done and determined behind the villagers' backs. This cannot be right.

Complete lack of infrastructure within the village:
- No pavements to walk on.
- No facilities.
- Lack of Dentists/Doctors in the area.
- Already too much through traffic, especially in busy periods.
- Extra dwellings will mean extra cars.
- Ruin village life for existing villagers.
