South Norfolk Village Clusters Housing Allocations Plan (Reg. 18 Draft)

Representation ID: 343

Received: 07/07/2021

Respondent: Mrs Jess Chaney

Representation Summary:

- road is a very busy 30 mph road, often used by large farm vehicles or HGVs.
- Many drivers exceed the speed limit.
- houses very close to a bend with limited visibility. It is possible the residents/children would have to cross the road near this blind corner.
- 12 houses in that area would exceed the usual density for the village (8 usually)
- Land for development much higher than road. Houses would be highly visible from virtually beginning of village (near crossroads), changing linear format of Hapton
-No amenities other than school/garage
