Access to the site is on a bend on the B1136. Despite a speed limit of 30mph through traffic regularly travels faster. There will be at least 55 more cars to add to the traffic through the village.
There are no facilities in Hales except Masala Garden restaurant and the filling station.
The nearest schools are in Loddon and they are already full. It is difficult to get medical appointments.
Development would be detrimental to wildlife and the environment.
