Widening The Green from Hackford Road to the access assumes all traffic via Hackford or Wymondham Road. Ignores travel away from Hackford Road. Roads to south require passing places, causing further erosion of verges. No footpaths so walking increasingly dangerous.

South no access to mains sewer or gas, have septic tanks, oil. 4 roads no FFTP.
407 properties, (VC W1C1 and W1C2) increase 10 %, ( VC W1C1 REV) 13 %. Out of proportion and high density.
