Bunwell Road is a busy road, heavy traffic using Station Road, light and noise pollution, a greenfield site, chicane close by, no services except a train which stops once a day. No footpath further than the last houses on the right in Station road to the bus stop on the A11, possibility of flooding. Taylor Wimpey would like the field parcels used : "The Sustainability Appraisal highlights the need to ensure that benefits are maximised with ongoing scrutiny of the appropriate growth quantum" - totally disagree; it is evident that they wish for larger sites which are not appropriate for a small village.
