The village of Wicklewood has 2 facilities only a pub and a school. The school is oversubscribed. The village has flood problems mainly surface water a new development will add hard paving and roads hall needing drainage. Planners have a poor track record regarding this issue with the infrastructure requiring sewerage including lagoons and sustainable features, substations road enhancement. What will be the planning gain none I can see. I object to badly thought out plans which will lead to more flooding, pressure on a road that already has a dangerous crossroad nearby with no additional facilities promised or shown.
