Representation Summary:
This site provides a welcome visible green space for the houses around. Access is very questionable and would mean the demolishing of an existing building, as well as much increased traffic on a narrow country lane with no current footpaths etc. The awkward shape of the site would make a development inefficient and cramped, as well as significantly and negatively affecting the properties around and their inhabitants quality of life. If this land is included in the settlement boundary then settlement in the future is likely, and this should not be supported.
