• I object to the proposed development SN4052.
• The proposed site is not adjacent to the existing Settlement Boundary.
• The Landscape Protection Zone was well established and should not be broken.
• The topology of the site, on rising land, will break the skyline.
• The topology of the site, on rising land, will exacerbate the well documented drainage problems. These cannot be properly mitigated, given their complexity and proximity of the ‘dam’ of the A47.
