No. The village does not have the infrastructure to cope with significant further development. We moved here 16 years ago and with each significant development we have noticed a detrimental effect on the village’s character and quality of life, notably through increased traffic and flooding. The village school is over-subscribed, as are the nearest medical and dental facilities in neighbouring and much larger Hethersett.
