South Norfolk Village Clusters Housing Allocations Plan (Reg. 18 Draft)

Representation Summary:

Question 82 should be read in conjunction with Question 83 because once School Lane has been "improved" to permit the residential development of one site there would be nothing to prevent further developments along School Lane.
The Landscape Protection Zone does not seem to provide any landscape protection.
More houses in School Lane would cause more noise and pollution.
The open pedestrian access to the A47 would have to be reviewed.
The arguments used to reject other sites in the village could also be used to reject the sites in School Lane
