Representation Summary:
We wholeheartedly object to the proposed plans for site reference SN0538REV. The report states there will be no impact on views for neighbouring properties however, the plan clearly outlines the development will run the whole length of our garden and our neighbour’s and will completely block the field views from ours and a number of other properties. If this proposed site goes ahead effectively we will have houses along the full length of our garden. Therefore the report has not taken reasonable consideration of the neighbouring properties views or the fact that our property will inevitably loose value.
