Representation Summary:
We have already suffered loss of light to our property by the construction of a house in a too-constrained site between us and the formerly next door neighbours. This development would shade our property from another side, meaning this effect is felt for more hours of the day. Houses built where you propose will overlook our garden and conservatory and we will lose our privacy. Also please note the existing settlement line on the plan appears to be incorrect and excludes parts of our and our neighbours’ properties.
