Site: SN4048, Land to the north of The Street, Hapton.
It is offensive to say there are few constraints to this proposed site. Not only is it an extremely dangerous road position. It is of no value to the village whatsoever. If fact it has a detrimental and negative effect by taking away the privacy of a number of residents. Essentially destroying why people moved to Hapton in the first place.
