Representation Summary:
We live opposite the proposed development and housing would mean our home is less private and overlooked. We never thought housing would be built on the Horse Sanctuary, an area we thoroughly enjoy. How is this being allowed? We are completely opposed to housing here.
The road is already dangerous and we have concern over extra traffic coming and going near our home. The corner where the proposed access would be is a dangerous bend.
The village has no amenities; shop, pub, community centre.
Very quiet peaceful village.
There have been issues with flooding already on this stretch of road.
