Representation Summary:
The infrastructure of the village cannot support such a development. There are little local services - GP and school will be oversubscribed. Not served well by local shops. The road itself is not well suited to the volume of traffic this will cause. The junction with the A140 is dangerous already and at least one child has been hit by a car within the village this year. Extra traffic and parking on that road will make it very unsafe for children (as it is the pavements are already often blocked by parked cars)
