Newton Flotman does NOT have a 'good range' of facilities as listed in the 'form & character' section. We had a shop, recently closed. The GP surgery is part time and not linked to the online services that the practice use in Long Stratton. The restaurant mentioned is NOT in Newton Flotman. Bus services are non existent in the evenings.
Access to the A140 from Flordon Road is already difficult, additional development will make that worse.
Roads near the proposed site(s) are narrow and it is unclear how access to those sites will be achieved.
