Already we have plumbing issues.
We have an oak tree with a tpo in the way of the path and road if it is to be widened.
You would block our view.
Why choose a tiny field when you have two large areas to use.
We have only just got this little close civilized and free from antisocial behaviour please don’t put 12 random families on it.
