Ref Site SN4024, Land off Alan Avenue, Newton Flotman - I object for the following reasons :
Traffic generation for access and egress of Alan Ave. Flordon Road is already incredibly busy with existing traffic.
Adequacy of parking/loading & turning on Alan Avenue is already insufficient.
Highway safety
Air quality concerns due to increased traffic
Noise and disturbance resulting from use
Environmental impact - Nature conservation , wildlife
General Amenities - Pressure on existing infrastructure : School, Dr surgery (not open all the time and residents are asked to attend Long Stratton Surgery,),drainage, sewage, waste removal, electricity and communication network
