Totally object to this development! Newton Flotman does not have enough amenities to support this.
The a140 is already such a busy and dangerous road, the junction here has already seen so many accidents and deaths! Alan avenue is such a narrow road with cars parked on the pavement all the way up, wide work vehicles will physically not be able to get up! To add another junction onto this road is totally beyond belief!
The wildlife we see on these greens? Some being protected species, what is in place for them?
No pedestrian route on the Flordan rd!
