The area is already over developed. There is no access to this plot. The plan includes part of the gardens of 3 adjoining properties for which no permission has been obtained from the owners of the property to include these in the plan.
There are already drainage issues in the area marked which have been made considerably worse since Limes Close was built. The medical facilities for the village Humbleyard practice are already at breaking point
This is a green space and should remain as such the village has already lost similar areas to development and the wildlife from them
