Representation Summary:

Considerable issues with drainage along The Street, Hapton, exacerbated by water coming down Cow Lane, not rectified by recent works. Land to be developed much higher than road and unclear where main entrance will be. If on The Street, this is already dangerous, with cars accessing village far too quickly and many "near misses" with residents exiting drives, pedestrians and blind corner. Cow Lane unfit for purpose, unsure how footpath would be accessed safely to school - continuous pot holes causing punctures and land slides, single width. No shop/bus so transport needed. Green area and hedgerow needs to be protected.
